Water Treatment and Distribution, Class 2, 1.8 CEU (WTER 1257)

In this four-day course, students will learn surface water quality, supply and treatment, disinfection and safety, filter optimization, THM, corrosion, backflow and cross-connection control, distribution system hydraulics, pumps and components, instrumentation, and system operation and maintenance.  

Students will write the Class 2 provincial certification exams to meet the requirements of the Saskatchewan Operator Certification Board.

 

Students must bring their own non-programmable calculator
