Water Treatment and Distribution, Class 1, 2.7 CEU (WTER 1219)

In this five-day course students will learn basic math, water sampling, water testing procedures, ground and surface water treatment, distribution system hydraulics and components, backflow and cross-connection control, disinfection, pumps, and operator safety. Students will write the Class 1 provincial certification exams to meet the requirements of the Saskatchewan Operator Certification Board. Students must bring their own non-programmable calculator Registration closes two weeks prior to course start date.
