Introduction to Electricity (ELEC 1800)

Your studies will introduce both DC and AC theory. Topics covered include: resistance, current, voltage, Ohm’s Law, DC/AC measurement devices, series and parallel circuits, power and energy, capacitance and induction and use of the oscilloscope. Approximately 50% of this class will be spent in a lab environment to reinforce the classroom component.
