Quality Control/Assurance in Laboratories (QC 280)

The course provides an intensive survey of the modern quality assurance methods used in industries and organizations. Your studies will focus on the statistical and operational aspects of quality assurance in activities such as sample handling, instrumentation, analysis, record keeping and management. Quality assurance protocols used by various international agencies such as ISO are also discussed.
