Halocarbon Certification (AIR 1801)

Now that Saskatchewan has enacted the Environmental Management and Protection Act, persons involved in the servicing of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment in the province require Halocarbon certification. A training manual developed by the Heating, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Institute of Canada will be used in this course. The training material reflects the following three industry sectors: automotive, stationary and appliance. An inter-provincially and nationally recognized (by Environment Canada) certificate will be issued to those who successfully complete the course (75% required for successful completion).

If there is sufficient interest, this course will be delivered on other dates in Saskatoon. To place your name on the wait list or for more information, call (306) 659-4195. You will be contacted when the interest list has a sufficient number of people.

8 hours/1 weeks (includes CFC/HCFC/HFC Control in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry manual)
