Introduction to Wine (BAR 1801)

Join Robyn Schindel, Saskatchewan Wine Representative, for a fun and informal introduction to wine. This class is for both the beginner and experienced wine lover. You will take a virtual tour of the wine making process from vineyard to glass and sample 6 different wines. You will learn how grapes are grown; how wine is made; and how to properly taste wine. You will also experiment with food components and discover how acidity in wine and acidity in food work together, greatly enhancing the wine experience. This class is an eye opener for anyone who loves to cook.

For maximum enjoyment please refrain from wearing perfumes and scented lotions.
