Microsoft Visio 2010 (COAP 1850)

Microsoft Visio allows you to easily create a broad range of business and technical diagrams applicable to any organization. In this course, you learn to use the built-in Visio templates and stencils to create sophisticated diagrams. You also learn how to create and work with stencils and drawing pages; utilize drawing tools; utilize the text editing and formatting tools; use shape connectors; add backgrounds to drawings; and much more! Hands-on exercises during this course will help you to practice features as you learn them. A course manual will be provided.

Prerequisites: Familiarity using computers is required, including basic knowledge of Windows

Fee: $385 (GST included), 12 hours
