Project Essentials (COAP 1947)

This course provides practical guidance on how to plan and schedule projects using MS Project. On completion of the course students will have acquired the skills needed to create a new project; analyze and adjust schedules with date, dependency and resource constraints; customize and print Gantt Chart views and reports; and record and review task progress against the baseline. Readers will also acquire the necessary skills to customize and print high quality charts and reports for effective communication of project plans. Hands-on exercises during class will allow you to practice these skills. You will receive a manual for your future reference.

Prerequisites: A general understanding of Windows is beneficial
