Business Report Writing (RPRT 1600)
Business Report Writing is an interactive workshop concentrating on creating
professional formal and informal business reports. You will work through the
writing process for report writing using CP (Canadian Press) writing style. The
writing process includes prewriting (researching and documenting); writing
(gathering data, choosing strategies to organize information and creating a first
draft); and post writing (revising, editing and proofreading). Practical exercises
and instructor and peer feedback will help you to improve your writing skills
to assist you to write clear, concise and accurate business reports. You will also
prepare and submit a minimum of one report for instructor feedback.
This workshop is available in a simultaneous web-environment (live
on your computer) providing that you have a webcam with a microphone,
