Office Procedures (OPRO 100)

You will learn how to effectively perform office procedures relating to telephones, incoming and outgoing mail, preparing for and participating in meetings, planning events and maintaining office equipment. You will also learn the Internet, email and how to manage office supplies and forms. To order textbooks and course materials call 1-866-569-8398.

For televised offerings:
  • There will be an introductory session that is recorded and available online. Check your distance orientation package for the website address. The rest of the course will be delivered as print based with computer requirements.
  • Register with the CRN location that best suits your needs for writing exams.
