Project Management (PROJ 1600)

During this dynamic three-day workshop that is based on Kepner Tregoe’s Project Management Workshop, you will examine key concepts of project definition, project planning and project implementation. You will have opportunities to discuss and apply each concept while considering both the technical requirements and human resources necessary for successful project completion. Supplied case studies and your own projects (if desired) provide templates for understanding and applying each step of the project management process. Whether you want to acquire new skills for technical planning or simply need a working knowledge of project management, this hands-on workshop will give you the tools you need.
