Leadership Development Program

An important cornerstone of the Leadership Development Program is that leadership is everyone’s business – not just those “at the top”. Whether you are an employee, small business owner or middle manager in the private or public sector, you have a leadership role to play. In this program, you will learn how to create workplace conditions that lead to high quality performance and exceptional results.

The purpose of this program is to help you build trusting relationships and winning teams in order to achieve personal success. Topics include leadership tools and techniques, assessment of your leadership style, building high performance teams, coaching, personal accountability and facilitating positive motivation to achieve results. You will learn the importance of humour in the work place and the five key practices of exemplary leaders.

The Leadership Development Program consists of four-two day modules. Module 1 – Leading Essentials is a pre-requisite for the other three modules. Although we recommend the modules be taken sequentially, once you have Module 1, you can choose the order of the remaining modules to fit your schedule.

The facilitator, Dick Bailey, President of Northbrook Consulting, is an experienced group leader who will deliver the modules in a highly interactive learning environment so expect to have fun.
