Canadian Registered Nurse Exam Preparation Online (NURS 1645)

This online course will assist you to identify effective ways to prepare for the Canadian Registered Nurse Exam (CRNE). You will learn about the organization of the CRNE, study strategies and helpful ways to approach it. You will assess areas of strength and areas that need review in terms of nursing knowledge. The process of preparation is emphasized, rather than a review of nursing knowledge. In addition you will examine the similarities and differences between nursing in the Canadian Health Care system and nursing in other countries. You will be able to review course content and complete the practice exams as many times as you want over an eight week period.

Prerequisites: Graduate of a Registered Nurse program

CMDRT National Examination Preparation Course (MED 1605)

You will complete a comprehensive two hour, on-line examination (100 questions) based on the Canadian Standards Association, Certified Medical Device Technician national examination (CMDRT) template. You will receive written, customized, specific feedback on areas of knowledge and areas required for further study and review. A list of resources will be included to assist you in reviewing and preparing to write the Canadian Standards Association, Certified Medical Device Reprocessing Technician (CMDRT) national examination.
