Carpentry - Applied Certificate

Do you like to work with your hands? You can have a respected and well-paying career in the carpentry trade. This 20-week program gets you into the workforce quickly and is based on Level 1 apprenticeship training.  Once you become an apprentice, graduates of the program can apply to the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission for credit for Level 1 Carpentry training.

You may be eligible for Student Loan or Skills Training Benefit.

Admission Requirements:

SIAST encourages applications from people of Aboriginal ancestry, people with disabilities, visible minorities and women interested in non-traditional occupations.
