Hope for Sleepless Nights: For People Who Experience Insomnia or Restlessness (PERS 1626)

Take back the night and get the sleep that you need.  Sleep for health, beauty and personal success.

You will leave the Hope for Sleepless Nights workshop with techniques to help you to: sleep better more often; deal more effectively with sleeplessness when it occurs (like those nights that the report due tomorrow keeps swirling in your head); and be more refreshed and productive even when sleep is limited (like when you are on a business trip in a different time zone). Please note that this workshop does not deal with specific medical problems, but provides techniques that support other interventions that are meant to deal with those medical issues. Clothing should be comfortable as we will be relaxing and doing some simple movements. Leaders: Myra Zubot Mitchell, experienced facilitator of personal and professional development programs, and Lani Knaus, certified yoga instructor.
