Learn about the multiple uses of essential oils to enhance health and well-being. Their therapeutic qualities will be emphasized. Aromatherapy instructor Carol Kostiuk, RN, will assist you in formulating a personal blend of essential oils for you to enjoy at home.

Taking a general wellness approach to foot health, you will learn about prevention of foot problems and dysfunction (including the role of proper footwear), observing feet for various deviations that require attention of health care professionals and community resources for foot care. Hypnosis is the careful use of language and mental processes to create an altered state of consciousness (a trance state) which leads to a greater openness to change. Through this course, you will learn to develop skills for personal trance, not the hypnotizing of others.
