Microsoft Office 2010 Boot Camp (COAP 1870)
In this 5-day comprehensive course you will be introduced to the fundamentals, and obtain hands-on skills with, the popular group of
programs in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint. This course is intended for participants who would like to
jumpstart their Microsoft Office productivity skills. Upon completion you will be able to immediately apply your new knowledge in your career environment. This course is not recommended for the novice computer user and we suggest you have basic experience with at least one Microsoft Office program.
Prerequisites: Familiarity using computers is required, including basic
knowledge of Windows; keyboarding an asset

Microsoft Visio 2010 (COAP 1850))
Microsoft Visio allows you to easily create a broad range of business and technical diagrams applicable to any organization. In this course, you learn to use the built-in Visio templates and stencils to create sophisticated diagrams. You also learn how to create and work with stencils and drawing pages; utilize drawing tools; utilize the text editing and formatting tools;

Project Advanced (COAP 1747)
Advanced Project is for those who already have a good understanding of the
basic features of Microsoft Project and want to find out more about this
powerful business tool. In this course, you will build on your knowledge by
learning about the specialized capabilities which will add to the functionality
of your project. Topics include: cost control; work breakdown schedule, sub
projects; resource allocation including shared resources; the complete range
of alternative visual view of reports; and a demonstration of future
considerations for Project – SharePoint, Visio and Project Server. You will
learn to work from the back end to front end with a comprehensive project
case to determine project dates and build a cumulative in-class project.
